Summer Nights is a profound and captivating deep immersive 360-degree projection/installation. Inspired by the delicate elegance of jellyfish-like celestial beings, this work fuses the enchanting visual language of cymatics and phylogenetic tree circular shapes. Through a meticulously crafted choreography and dance, viewers are transported into a multidimensional realm, where ethereal creatures glide gracefully in harmony.
Created by Copy Planet and led by artist Andy Wauman with a visionary team, Summer Nights blends art, technology, and science into one seamless sensory journey. The visuals are soft, surreal, and otherworldly, accompanied by a sound design that combines remixed audio recordings from NASA archives, offering a meditative and healing experience. The sound, the voice of space itself, invites viewers to contemplate their place in the vast expanse of the universe.
Premiering May 1, 2025, Summer Nights is more than a show—it’s a moment to slow down, drift off, and reconnect with the universe and yourself.
